Six tracks, a plenary block, poster reports and a round table on the safety and reliability of power and water facilities.
The conference has met for two decades, bringing together construction science, water engineering and young researcher programmes. The 2019 edition was the twenty second in the series.
The conference grew around a simple aim: give construction researchers a recurring place to meet.
Over two decades the conference became a meeting point for building science, construction practice and water engineering. Participants came from across Russia and from countries including Armenia, Belarus, Canada, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Moldova, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Syria, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, the United States and Vietnam.
The programme combined plenary lectures with specialist tracks, round tables, laboratory visits and a competition for researchers under 25. The mix was deliberate: senior researchers, industry specialists and early career scientists shared the same week.
The source website carried a mix of 2019 and later 2023 dates while keeping the same edition label. This archive treats the complete 2019 programme, fee, speaker and committee records as the edition it documents.
No later programme is invented or implied.
The archive lists the editions for which the source site held a proceedings or gallery record. It does not claim a complete list of every meeting.
