How a delegate joined

  1. Choose the participation format: oral presentation or poster report.
  2. Prepare the paper and submit it through the author route if you intend to publish.
  3. Wait for the scientific committee to confirm the format and the paper.
  4. Pay the registration fee by the published deadline.
  5. Send the travel and accommodation details to the local organising desk.
